At the OUD HERITAGE DUBAI we take great care in the quality and packaging of every product we offer. Due to the nature of our fragrances we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or leakage ,please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for assistance, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• Complete with all tags and original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please email us at info@oudheritagedubai.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the product and the shipping invoice

Do not return any product to us without prior written confirmation from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We will review your request carefully and respond as quickly as possible.
